I am extremely happy to celebrate 20th Anniversary of the Indian Group of Asian Patent Attorney’s Association in the presence of distinguished Guests and Speakers.
I am proud to be the founder member of the Indian Group of APAA which has achieved many milestones in the past 20 years of its formation at the national as well as international level. The young practitioners have gained immense knowledge by participating in the academic activities of the Group.
The active participation of the members of the Indian Group in international committees has made the Group as one of the most vibrant Groups in Asia.
Mr. C.K. Kwong, President-APAA, Mr. Dato V. Kandan (Past President-APAA) and Mr. Greg Munt (Member Advisory Committee) are amongst us today for the celebrations.
I welcome all distinguished Guests and I am sure that with their guidance, the Indian Group of APAA would get more strength and would be able to contribute more to the cause of Intellectual Property.
I am confident that the seminar would be grand success and the participants will benefit from the Technical Sessions planned for the day.
