Membership Fee
The annual membership fee for APAA (Indian Group) is ₹9,440/-.
Required Supporting Documents
To complete your application, please submit supporting documents such as your Bar Council enrolment certificate or patent agent registration. If you are not a registered patent agent, please provide a list of patent cases you have handled for review.
Application Review Process
Once we receive your application and documents, your membership request will be placed before the Executive Committee for approval. After approval, the application will be forwarded to the APAA Headquarters for final processing.
Membership Term
All memberships are valid for a calendar year, from 1st January to 31st December.
Individual Membership Only
Please note that APAA (Indian Group) does not offer firm memberships. Memberships are available only on an individual basis.
Renewal & Rejoining
If you do not renew your membership on time, it will stand revoked. Should you wish to rejoin at a later date, you will be required to pay all pending arrears before re-induction.
Final Approval
Once your membership is fully approved, it will be forwarded to the APAA Headquarters, and you will receive confirmation of your active membership status.
